Saint Urban FAQ’s


How far in advance can I make a reservation?

We start taking reservations 30 days in advance. You can make a reservation using the Resy app, or you can call us directly at (315) 243-8509 between the hours of 11am and 4pm Tuesday-Saturday. 

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

We offer a set 3 course Dinner Menu or a set Tasting Menu. We are often able to accommodate common dietary restrictions, such as gluten free, vegetarian, pescatarian and can remove items such as nuts and shellfish from some menu items with advance notice. Please note, it may not be possible to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Please call us directly with any questions.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Every reservation is extremely important to us. If you need to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, please do so at least 48 hours preceding your reservation. By this time, we have taken your party into consideration and have started cooking for you!

If a reservation is cancelled or no-showed and we are unable to fill the seats by another party, there is a cancellation charge of the current menu price per person.

If you will be late, please reach out to us by phone or via text so we can plan accordingly.

Can I see a copy of the menu in advance?

Our menu is guided by a rotating calendar of wine regions and the best of the season’s ingredients.

We post our menu for the month online at the beginning of each month. This will give you a good idea of the month’s offerings, however, since our menu is inspired by the seasons it changes daily. 

Does Saint Urban have a dress code?

While we do not have an official dress code, you will notice many guests in “smart casual” attire.

Is there parking available?

We have limited off-street parking in our lot in front of the restaurant. There is additional parking located off Westcott Street, behind Boom Babies.

What is the corkage policy?

Our corkage policy is $45 per bottle, with a limit of 2 bottles up to 750mL, or one magnum. We kindly ask that the wine is not currently represented on our wine list.

Do you offer gift cards?

 Yes! We can create a gift card for you in any denomination. It can be picked up at the restaurant, or we can mail it to you or directly to the recipient.

 Do you accept large parties? Are private dining options available?

The largest party we can accomodate at one table is 5 people.  For larger parties, a full buy out of the restaurant may be reqiured. 

Saint Urban is occasionally available for private events. Please reach out to us directly for more information.  

 Can we arrive early for our reservation and have a drink?

Saint Urban is a small space, and our bar is often reserved for dinner. We may not have a space for you to comfortably wait in the restaurant before your reservation.

 What Covid health and safety precautions are you taking?

 We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff alike.

Our entire team is fully vaccinated and will be wearing masks during your entire experience at Saint Urban. We have installed an infrared air sanitation system and uphold the strictist sanitation protocols.
